Yes. All service providers are insured and bonded, to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients.

Services can be cancelled at any time, at your discretion. We understand that circumstances are rapidly changing, and we make every effort to be flexible to accommodate your needs.

Yes. We encourage our clients’ involvement in the decision-making process and do our utmost to ensure that your families needs are met most appropriately.

No. You don’t need pre-authorization, pre-qualification, certification or even a prescription for our services. Choose the plan that best suits your family’s needs.

We are not a Home Health Care Agency. We are geriatric case managers who coordinate virtually all clinical and social services on behalf of your family. Our services relieve you of the stress and frustration of navigating the complexities of your loved one’s care.

Unfortunately, our consulting services are not covered by insurance or Medicare at this time.  However, most of our service providers are covered by insurance and Medicare.

We adhere to all federal and state guidelines related to privacy of personal and healthcare information. Unauthorized individuals will not be given access to information without a client’s – or legally authorized representative’s – formal consent.

Give us a call at your convenience. We’ll arrange a time with your family and/or authorized representative to discuss your individualized needs and see how SimpliCare can help.
